In conjunction with Lockett Agri-environmental and Highland Conservation, we undertook a feasibility study into the potential for peatland restoration on the Glencanisp and Drumrunie estates in Assynt.

The feasibility study required extensive peat depth mapping, as well as locating and recording signs of peatland degradation, including peat hags and drains / grips.  We then costed and prioritised the potential restoration work which could be undertaken to restore and protect the peatland in this area.
